Hello!

My name is Kelly Keane, and I am an artist and floral designer. As an artist, I consider flowers one of my mediums.

I have always loved flowers. I worked in a flower shop through college while studying Fine Arts. After graduating, I started my own flower shop, here in LaConner. I sold that shop to move to Hawaii and pursue my dream of being a fine art painter. After a successful career as a gallery artist, I have returned to LaConner to be near family, and am exited to resume my love of flowers here in this beautiful valley.

Working with flowers is so meaningful to me. I love that people come to me to send someone a message that they care. There’s nothing better than the look of surprise I get when delivering flowers.

I love hearing people’s stories, and getting to know my community through flowers. People buy flowers for a reason. Whether it is a special occasion, a celebration, a remembrance, letting someone know you’re thinking of them, or you just want to bring some beauty into your home, I am completely on board for it.

In this fast paced world that is becoming more digital by the day, flowers keep it real. They ground us. They keep us connected to the natural world. Their ephemeral beauty reminds us to be in the moment. They aren’t meant to last, but they have the power to make us stop and appreciate the beauty of life.

And that means the world to me.

I take my job very seriously. I get to be part of special moments in people's lives, and send messages of love and concern and appreciation. I consider it an honor.
